This policy defines the terms and conditions under which products supplied by the Distributor (hereinafter “we”, “us”) may be returned and refunded by our Resellers/Customers (hereinafter “you”, “your”).
This policy applies to all SUNMI products distributed by us, including but not limited to POS terminals, peripherals, accessories, and related items.
Defective Product: A product with manufacturing or functional defects not caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorised repair.
Non-Defective Product: Any product without inherent defects (e.g., ordered wrongly, changed mind).
Reseller/Customer: The purchaser of the products directly from the Distributor.

Inspection Period: All return requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days of receipt of returned goods.
Refund Issuance: Once approved and received back, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Inspection & Approval: Upon receipt, we verify the condition and defect (if any).
Refund/Replacement: After approval, we process replacement shipments or refunds.

**Refunds do not include insurance, financing fees, or third-party service charges.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product only. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or consequential losses arising from defects or returns.
This policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed.
